Madison Prewett’s White Denim Romper

Madison Prewett’s White Denim Romper in Australia

The Bachelor Season 24 Episode 11 Fashion

Madison Prewett’s white denim romper on tonight’s part one Bachelor season finale is yet another super cute find of hers from a fast fashion retailer we all know and love. And although it’s unfortunately sold out, that mayyy actually be a good thing considering we have a feeling her closet’s probably done more damage to your bank account this season than the show’s done to Peter.

Fashionably,

Faryn

5 Of the Most Popular Primers Of the Moment

This week we’re getting the low down on the one product that everyone needs for a long-lasting, fabulous finish: primers. We all have our own daily face makeup routines and have found the best products catered to our skin type. Some of us can’t go an entire day without running to the bathroom to blot, so oil control products or oil free foundations are a necessity. Or maybe your pores are pretty much the size of the moon so you’ll use anything and everything to minimize them.

Whatever the case may be, something every girl can relate to is how easily makeup starts to run the second you start sweating. Primers and setting sprays are a simple solution to this serious problem. Are we being a little dramatic? Maybe, but you tell us one person who has ever looked cute with the makeup literally melting off her face. So before you get yourself into yet another sticky situation, try out one of these primers we’ve rounded up for you!

Deepica Mutyala’s New Hue Stick is My Fave Way to Apply Monochromatic Makeup

Yesterday at the Ace Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, YouTuber turned beauty entrepreneur Deepica Mutyala threw her own Holi festival. It was quite literally a festival of colors in honor of her own brand, Live Tinted’s, new Huestick shade in Free. Today, Monday, March 9 and Tuesday, March 10 is a two-day holiday kicked off by the popular ancient Hindu festival. Mutyala told the crowd of friends and family that while growing up, she used to hide the celebration from her friends at school. She had her Indian life and her life at school and they didn’t mesh. But here in LA, everyone was participating regardless of race or religion. It was a beautiful sight to see.

If you’re not familiar with Live Tinted’s Huesticks, they’re soft-matte eye, lip and cheek multisticks that feel creamy but not too creamy. You know what it feels like to put lipstick on your cheeks or lids. It’s heavy and tends to crease. But these swipe on easily and blend out with your fingers and honestly feel like you’re wearing nothing. Mutyala launched the multisticks—and this new shade—to celebrate all skin tones. There are no ashy hues here, thank you very much.

Because I live for the monochromatic makeup trend that’s still going strong with celebrities, I decided to try the new Huestick in Free. It’s a bright berry shade inspired by the colors of Holi. It’s packed with hyaluronic acid, squalane and vitamins C and E.

I didn’t do anything special to apply the color, honestly. It’s that easy. I just swiped it where I wanted a hint of berry and blended it out to mute it a bit. I really love the way it pops against my fair skin. It’s a very versatile hue.

Hannah Ann Sluss’ Marbled Suitcase

Hannah Ann Sluss’ Marbled Suitcase

The Bachelor Season 24 Episode 11 Fashion

The Bachelor’s Hannah Ann Sluss seems like a super cute and nice girl, but I imagine that IRL we don’t have a ton in common (no shade). She’s 23, I’m 37.9999 and jealous of her age. She’s never met a floral dress she doesn’t like, I’ve never worn a so much as a petal. She’s still on the Bachelor, I would have left been kicked off by now for not crying. However, we both happen to have the white and grey marbled suitcase that she is carrying on tonight’s Bachelor, which really means it’s a one style fits all kind of bag. Throw in the fact that we’ve also reported on Kelly Dodd (who would be gold on the Bachelor if she wasn’t engaged, btw!) using it and it’s further proof.

From a practicality standpoint this luggage is super light, rolls easily and fits TONS of clothing, along with being stylish. I have the large and medium size (Hannah Ann’s), along with the packing cubes, and they all just make traveling better. I will say to invest in a magic eraser if you are checking the bag, because it will scuff. But overall I am so happy with mine (especially since my parents bought them for me as a Christmas gift so I didn’t have to pay for them).

Alright, it’s time for me to send The Bachelor coverage back to our expert, Faryn. But on a final positive note, even if Hannah Ann gets sent packing this week at least this super stylish suitcase will get more screen time.

The Best BB Creams For Oily Skin

If you’re an oily skin girl like me, shine has probably become one of your worst enemies. Unfortunately, wearing a heavy, oil-controlling foundation with a flat-matte finish can feel uncomfortable and cakey—especially if you know you’ll be sweating more than average. While BB creams are traditionally associated with having more hydrating formulas and glowier finishes, if you’re looking to get the fuss-free and fast application, along with a slew of skincare-enhanced benefits, you’ll love these mattifying complexion multi-taskers that will stay put all day long.

When our skin’s oil production reaches its peak high, pores become open up more, which can lead to exacerbated skin congestion, increased texture, and blackheads. Opting for an oil-controlling and non-comedogenic formula is essential if you’re prone to looking like an oil slick by mid-morning.

These sweat-proof and oil-absorbing formulas are not only great because of the addition of skincare ingredients (including SPF), but they’re also great options for those who prefer a higher-coverage foundation look, but don’t exactly love the often heavy feeling or cakey looking result that comes with them. Here are some of our favorite affordable options for oily skin.
